Wallets Online Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to information collected or stored by:  Wallets Online.

Damaged or Broken Goods

 We always do our best to make sure that every wallet that we ship is in perfect condition. If you do receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, just let us know and send in a photo or return the goods and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.


Changed Your Mind? Want a different colour? No Problems!! 

Products purchased from come with a 30 Day no hassle returns and exchange policy. If the wallet that you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you would like to exchange your purchase or gift for a different wallet  then all you need to do is place a new order on the website for your replacement item and return the previously ordered wallet to us and we will process the refund straightaway.

All returned items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is also required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. 

There is a $15.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags attached or with removed or damaged external original packaging. 

The cost of shipping the goods back is done at your own cost and it is recommended that you return your unwanted items using registered post or a courier that provides online tracking. We cannot be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
